DESCRIPTION:Grab your paddle and join the Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund for the Shaver Slam\, a Pickleball Doubles Tournament benefiting the cancer community in Minnesota by funding research\, prevention\, treatment and other programs relating to the cancer community’s principal needs. \nProceeds from registration go DIRECTLY to Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund! Join us for this awesome community event and help make a difference. Learn more at http://randyshavercancerfund.org \nThis tournament will be hosted at Pints & Paddle and will feature pool play with the top teams advancing to a single elimination bracket. Both pool play and the single elimination bracket will happen the same day. Not all teams will advance to the single elimination round. \nTeams will get 5 game minimum assuming we get full pools (6 teams). Otherwise teams will play 4 game of pool play. Top 4 teams from each pool advance to the same day\, single elimination bracket. \nPricing\n– Early bird: $50 per player\, per event.\n– Regular: After September 1st\, $55 per player for the first event\, an additional $50 if you sign up for a second event.\n– Final Deadline: After September October 1st\, $60 per player for the first event\, an additional $50 if you sign up for a second event. \nAll brackets have a $5\, non-refundable pickleball brackets fee. \nSign up here
