Meet the chef
Chef Noé Lara.
Executive Chef Noé has led our kitchen since we opened in 2023. From his family’s restaurant in Hidalgo, Mexico, to Salut and BLVD Kitchen, he brings a lifetime of cooking to every plate.

Born in Hidalgo, Mexico, Noé grew up surrounded by the hustle and energy of his family’s restaurant. From an early age he was captivated by the rhythm of the kitchen: watching, learning, and discovering his passion for food. It became clear that cooking would not just be a career, but his lifelong calling.
More than two decades ago Noé moved to the U.S. and began his culinary journey in French restaurants, including six years at Salut, where he immersed himself in new techniques and flavors. That curiosity led him to 14 years at BLVD Kitchen, where he showcased everything he had absorbed and kept sharpening his craft. He has run the kitchen at Pints & Paddle since we opened in 2023.
