• CourtReserve: For pickleball court bookings, memberships, and league play.

• Transactional Emails: You will receive emails related to your court reservations, food orders, or account updates. These are necessary for the service and do not require an opt-out.
• Marketing Emails: If you opt-in to our newsletter, we may send you updates on events, leagues, and special offers.
• Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email or by contacting us directly. Please note that opting out of marketing emails will not stop transactional emails regarding your active bookings.

If you opt-in to receive text messages from Pints & Paddle, you agree to the following:

• Purpose: We use SMS to send court booking confirmations, waitlist alerts, and promotional marketing offers.
• Opt-In: Consent is obtained through website forms, CourtReserve registration, or at our point-of-sale. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Opt-Out: You may unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive.

• Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies based on your user activity.

Important Disclosure regarding SMS & Email:

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data/consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your data is used strictly by Pints & Paddle and our direct service providers (like CourtReserve or our email marketing platform) to deliver the specific services you requested.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. We do not use advertising cookies.

Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a service from Google. It records the pages you visit on our website, how you got here (for example, from a search engine or another website), how long you stay, and actions such as scrolling or following a link to another website. It also records general details about your device and browser, such as the type of device, screen size, and language, and your approximate location, such as your city, which Google estimates from your IP address. To tell new visits from return visits, it sets cookies named “_ga” and “_ga_” followed by an ID, which expire two years after your last visit. Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, our website honors it by not loading Google Analytics: no Google Analytics cookies are set, and Google Analytics does not record your visit. Some pages also include tools from other companies, and those companies may set their own cookies when the tool loads:

Those cookies are governed by each company’s own privacy policy. Our website also remembers in your browser that you accepted our cookie notice, so it does not show again, and staff who sign in to manage the website get a cookie that keeps them signed in.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; however, some embedded tools, such as online court booking, may not work without them.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All financial transactions are handled through PCI-compliant third-party processors (Toast/CourtReserve). We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
