From our self-serve wall to our full cocktail bar, we make it easy to build the perfect drink package for your event. Our bar offerings include your favorite rail drinks, specialty cocktails, mocktails and NA beer. Bar drinks are covered only with a fully hosted tab; prepaid and hosted tap wall cards cannot be used at the bar.

Send the form with your date, time and headcount. Our dedicated event coordinator assists you every step of the way from here. We respond by email, so check your spam folder if you do not see a message from us.

Plan it together
Your coordinator helps you settle on a space, court rentals, the catering menu and how drinks will be handled.

Deposit and contract
A deposit and a signed contract are required to book a private event space.

Final count, 7 days out
Final guest count and food selections are due a week before. Same deadline to pick how you will cover drinks.

Booking & costs
What does it cost to host an event?
Room fee plus a food and beverage minimum. Room fees are $300 for the North Mezzanine, South Mezzanine or Main Level Taproom and $1,000 for the Full Mezzanine. A minimum food and beverage spend is required to reserve an event space; see Room Fees & Minimums. A 15% gratuity, 5% service fee and applicable food, alcohol and sales taxes will be applied.
How long do we have the space?
Events include a 3 hour space rental and an event coordinator to assist with your planning needs. Extra hours can be added for an additional fee.
Do I need a deposit?
Yes. A deposit and a signed contract are required to book a private event space.
When are final details due?
Final guest count and food selections are due 7 days before the event. That is also the deadline to choose how you will cover drinks: a fully hosted tab, a hosted tap wall, or prepaid tap wall cards.
Can we rent the entire facility?
Yes. A full facility buyout is available upon request. Send an inquiry and our event coordinator will share rates and availability.
Is there a minimum group size?
Our event spaces are built for groups of 25 or more. Have a smaller group? Tell us about it and we will find the right fit.
Are the courts included in the room fee?
No. Courts are $65/hour per court on top of the room fee, and each court comes with 4 paddles and balls per court.
Courts & play
How many courts should I book?
Doubles games run about 12 to 15 minutes per game. We recommend 1 court for 2 hours for every 6-8 players, which lets people rotate in and out of games casually without anyone waiting long.
Do we need to bring paddles?
No. We provide 4 paddles and balls per court rented, so nobody has to bring equipment.
Do you offer instructors for introductory pickleball classes?
Yes. We have experienced instructors available to lead Intro to Pickleball sessions during your event. To arrange a class, our event coordinator will connect you with an instructor to schedule your session directly.
What should people wear on court?
Proper court shoes are required: clean athletic tennis shoes. No boots, heels, sandals, work shoes or bare feet. Otherwise, whatever you can move in.
Anything for the people who will not play?
Ping-pong and bags between courts 9 and 10 on request, and large yard games on the patio in the warmer months. The mezzanine spaces also have TVs, so the game stays on.
Drinks & payment
How does the tap wall work at an event?
Each guest gets a tap wall card and pours by the ounce from 78 taps of rotating domestic and craft beer, cider, seltzer, sours and wine. Beverages are charged by the ounce and vary by type of pour: a splash to try something, or a full pint of a favorite.
Is there a full bar?
Yes. In addition to the self-serve tap wall, our full cocktail bar offers your favorite rail drinks, specialty cocktails, mocktails and NA beer. From the wall to the bar, we make it easy to build the perfect drink package for your event.
Drinks from the cocktail bar are covered only with a fully hosted tab. Cocktails, mocktails and NA options cannot be purchased with prepaid or hosted tap wall cards.
How do I cover my guests’ drinks?
Hosts choose one of three options:
- Fully hosted tab: You cover every drink. Tap wall: covered. Cocktail bar: covered, including mocktails and NA options.
- Hosted tap wall: You cover the self-serve tap wall only. Tap wall: covered. Cocktail bar: not covered. Guests pay for their own drinks at the bar.
- Prepaid tap wall cards: You load cards with any amount, and guests pour until a card runs out. Tap wall: covered, up to the amount on each card. Cocktail bar: not covered. Guests pay for their own drinks at the bar.
With a hosted option, guests’ tap wall cards are linked to your credit card when they check in with the event server. Prepaid tap wall cards are loaded with any whole-dollar amount and are good on the day of the event only; when a card runs out, guests can open their own tab. Cocktails, mocktails and NA options cannot be purchased with prepaid or hosted tap wall cards.
What do drinks on the tap wall cost?
- Domestic beer: $4 pint
- Craft beer, cider, seltzer: $6–$12 pint
- Wine: $7–$14 glass
Do guests need an ID?
Yes. Guests 21 and over must show a valid ID to receive a tap wall card.
Food & decor
What is on the catering menu?
Buffet-style spreads priced per person, mix-and-match appetizers, and desserts. See the catering page or the Private Event Menu.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes. A breakfast buffet is available upon request for morning events. Let your event coordinator know when you inquire and they will walk you through the options.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
No outside food or beverage. The one exception is a store-bought cake or cupcakes with clearly labeled ingredients, and a dessert fee applies.
Can we decorate?
Yes: floral arrangements, balloons, tabletop signs, small easels and pop-up banners. No: open-flame candles, confetti, glitter, confetti or glitter balloons, additional lighting, or anything hung, taped or affixed to the space. A damage fee may apply.
Can we plug in a laptop or use a microphone?
The mezzanine spaces have TVs with an HDMI hookup. Microphone use is allowed only with a Full Mezzanine rental.
