Cancellation Policy:
- For cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled time, we will not be able to offer any refunds.
- For cancellations made more than 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, we will offer a credit that can be applied to future bookings.
- We hope that you understand the rationale behind our cancellation policy and that you will take the necessary steps to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
