Private Events

To book a private event space at Pints & Paddle, a deposit and a signed contract are required. 

The associated costs include:
– 15% gratuity, 5% service fee, and applicable food, alcohol and sales taxes.
– Room fee
– Food and beverage minimum requirement

No, pickleball court rentals are an addition to a private event space rental. Courts cost $65/hr per court. We provide 4 paddles and balls for each court rented, so no need to bring any equipment.

Pickleball games typically last around 12-15 minutes each when playing doubles. We recommend booking 1 court for 2 hours for every 6-8 players.This allows players to causally rotate in and out of games.

We REQUIRE all players to wear proper court shoes. This includes clean athletic tennis shoes. No boots, heels, sandals, work shoes, or bare feet allowed on the pickleball courts.

Yes! We have experienced instructors available to lead Intro to Pickleball sessions during your event. To arrange a class, our Event Coordinator will connect you with an instructor to schedule your session directly.

We offer ping-pong and cornhole/bags for our guests in the area between Courts 9 and 10, upon request. During the warmer months, we also provide large yard games for enjoyment on our patio.

Final guest counts and food selections are due seven days before your event. At this time, please also let us know if you’d like to purchase prepaid tap wall cards for your guests or have drinks charged to a host tab

Yes, you may bring in store-bought cakes or cupcakes with clearly labeled ingredients. A dessert fee applies to all outside desserts. Please note that all other outside food and beverages are not permitted.

You are welcome to bring floral arrangements, balloons, tabletop signs, small easels, and pop-up banners for use in our semi-public and private spaces.

For the protection of our venue, we do not allow open-flame candles, confetti, glitter, balloons containing confetti or glitter, additional lighting, or any decorations that must be hung, taped, or affixed to our surfaces or walls. Please note that the use of prohibited items or any damage to Pints & Paddle property may result in a damage fee.

All of our semi-private event spaces have tvs with HDMI hook up.

Microphone use is allowed with a full mezzanine rental.

Guests 21 and over must show a valid ID to receive a tap card, which activates the self-serve tap wall.

We offer 78 taps featuring a rotating selection of domestic and craft beer, ciders, seltzers, wine, and mocktails. Guests can pour by the ounce, allowing them to create customized flights to explore new flavors or enjoy a full pint of a favorite.

Additionally, we offer pre-batched cocktails for $9 each, with pours automatically stopping once they reach the designated volume for a single serving.

The price varies based on type of drink

• Domestic beer: $4 pint
• Craft beer, cider, seltzer: $6-$12 pint
• Wine: $7-$14 glass
• Pre-measured cocktails: $9 glass
• Pre-measured spirits: $6-$10 shot

Host Tab: Apply all guests’ beverage purchases to the host’s tab. Guests’ tap wall cards will be linked to the host’s credit card when they check-in with their Event Server.

Prepaid Tap Wall Cards: Purchase prepaid tap wall cards for guests in any whole dollar amount. When guests run out of money on the prepaid cards, they have the option to start a new tab on their own credit card. Prepaid tap wall cards are valid on the day of the event only.

Advance Court Reservations (More than 7 Days in Advance)

If you’d like to book courts more than 7 days in advance, the cost is $65/hr per court.

  2. Add a credit card to your payment profile in CourtReserve.
  3. Call our Pro Shop Team at 763-496-4180, and they will assist in securing your reservation.
  4. Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your pickleball court reservation.
